Due to our international success and continuous growth, we are now looking for a motivated individual to actively support our existing team: IT PROJEKTMANAGER & REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER (M/F/D)

• Analyze and critically evaluate business processes and translate them into clear, data-driven solutions for the respective business departments

• Act as an interface between business departments and development teams

• Gather and structure business requirements and create user stories

• Independently manage projects from project initiation through to rollout

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools (Jira or YouTrack)

• Analytical and structured way of working combined with strong communication skills

• Independence, sense of responsibility, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience with interfaces and system integrations

• Knowledge of ERP systems
